A Nice Stay

staff friendliness lovely design room cleanliness

The staff demonstrated really good friendliness. The room design also stood out. I found the room cleanliness amazing. I could easily reach the metro for exploration.

The absence of coffee making equipment in the room was disappointing. I had to go to the lobby for the menu. It was something I had expected from a 4-star accommodation.

smart and sustainable stay

I loved the setup of the bed with shelving around it. there were lots of shelves and places to put possessions, a great space saver, even though the room itself wasn't huge. staff were very friendly and helpful. Jeremy and the staff were all very helpful and kind! location was only 15 min walk from the train station and was nice and close to attractions.

I missed having tea and coffee facilities in my room. Or at least having them included and access at main reception or a tea station like other eco hotels! for the cost of hotel. i expected hot drinks to be included and not to have to pay extra. that was a shame.

great location inspiring studio friendly lounge

the hotel had a great location near many attractions. the creator's studio was inspiring for work. the hotel lounge welcomed solo travellers.

the bed was partially raised, hard to access. treacherous steps led to the bathroom in the dark. the mattress was uncomfortable.

the hotel had a smart style in the center. check in was easy with friendly staff. i appreciate the option to keep the luggage after check out. i would come again.

the service was not the best and my room was unorderly. the check in was at 3 pm and i went to the room at 5 pm.

Fantastic Eco-Friendly Hotel

modern design cozy atmosphere friendly staff

My room was super clean plus well-equipped. I did appreciate the eco-friendly touches. The staff was friendly and professional. The hotel's modern design felt cozy after a long day.

Windows in my room can not open. General ventilation makes a noise. Constant airflow creates discomfort.
